Our mission is to foster a global community that supports the well-being of people, animals, and the environment.

  • We allocate 10% of all sales from our website to the Love Drops FUND. These funds are distributed monthly to 15 incredible organizations featured in our book "Love Drops – Inspiring Stories of Love & Kindness from the USA & Canada," based on the category our customers choose at checkout: People, Animals, or Environment.

  • You can support Love Drops by purchasing products from our shop, preordering our books, or making a direct donation through our website. Each purchase and donation helps fund our mission and supports the organizations featured in our book.

  • You can join our Love Drops Ambassadors program by registering on our website. Ambassadors help spread the word about Love Drops through their social media and personal networks. You can earn 10% from any referrals made using your unique code, or choose to donate your earnings to one of the 15 organizations featured in our book.

  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 10 days after the estimated delivery date. We do not accept returns of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

  • You can contact us by filling out the form on our website or emailing us at returns@lovedrops.com. Our team will assist you with any questions or issues you may have.

  • Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our courier’s website.

  • No, we are not a non-profit or a registered charity. Love Drops was created by Living Harmony Co., a public benefit company registered in Florida. Our legal benefit statement and business purpose is to have a material, positive impact on society through products, programs, services and other offerings that benefit the lives of people, animals and/or the environment.

    This means our legal structure allows us to prioritize our mission and impact alongside profit and sustainability, and we are legally obligated to do so. We take this mission seriously, and it serves as our daily source of motivation and purpose to earn a living for our team and contributors, while making a difference in the world.

    Donations made to us are not tax-deductible for donors, nor is the portion of sales contributed to the Love Drops Fund. Any direct donations will be sent directly to the organizations featured in our Love Drops Book, with only a small transaction fee charged by Stripe for processing.

  • Donations in each of our three categories (People, Animals, and Environment) are evenly distributed to the five organizations within the chosen category at the time of purchase. For example, if $10,000 of purchases were made in our Shop in a single month with the designation to support Animals at checkout, then 10% of this amount, or $1,000, would be donated to the five organizations featured in our Love Drops Book. Each of these five organizations would receive $200 from the Love Drops Fund.

    During the Pre-Order period, all purchases and donations will be held in the Fund and distributed to the organizations at the time of the official release of the Love Drops Book in Fall 2024.

  • Direct donations are passed through to the designated organizations, less a small transaction fee charged by Stripe for processing the funds. We cover the fees to send all donations collected into the Love Drops Fund to the organizations we support each month. Through our Love Drops Fund, we make it easy for you to support five organizations at once with a single donation in any of our three categories. While part of our mission is to aggregate and allocate support directly to these organizations, we encourage you to visit the links to each organization featured in our Love Drops Book to learn more about their missions and make direct donations to them anytime.

  • Gift cards purchased on our site expire 5 years after the date of purchase.
