Do you ship internationally?

What is the return policy for Love Drops products?

Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 10 days after the estimated delivery date. We do not accept returns of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Address Issues & Returns

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, it will be held for 30 days. You can contact us during this time to arrange reshipment. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Can I cancel or change my order?

We’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been placed.
Please double-check all items, sizes, and shipping details before checking out — we want to make sure everything arrives just right!

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at returns@lovedrops.org. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping.

Each organization exemplifies the spirit of compassion and positive change.

Can I donate directly to the organizations featured in the book?

Absolutely! If you have a copy of the Love Drops book, you’ll find a QR code on each story page that takes you straight to that organization’s online profile — where you can donate directly. You can also visit the Kindness in Action blog on our website to find their page and donation link anytime.

Are you a registered charity or a non-profit organization?

No, we are not a non-profit or a registered charity. Love Drops was created by Living Harmony Co., a public benefit company registered in Florida. Our legal benefit statement and business purpose is to have a material, positive impact on society through products, programs, services and other offerings that benefit the lives of people, animals and/or the environment.
This means our legal structure allows us to prioritize our mission and impact alongside profit and sustainability, and we are legally obligated to do so. We take this mission seriously, and it serves as our daily source of motivation and purpose to earn a living for our team and contributors, while making a difference in the world.
